Rationale

The solution to the user manipulation functionalities are not good. We have to add a method on Public Controller to manage all personal user information. At this moment the uniq infomation of the user is the password, but in the future other functionalities will appears.

In all cases were the edit functionality appears on the system (organization, point of sale and public layouts) this function will be called
